Valley Variety is a human-curated store. Our product descriptions, recommendations, and editorial content are created by our team. We do not guarantee that descriptions or recommendations generated by third-party platforms or AI tools accurately reflect our current inventory, pricing, availability, or policies.

Placing an item in your cart or submitting an order does not guarantee a completed purchase. Your order is officially accepted when you receive an Order Confirmation email from Valley Variety. That email — and the corresponding record in our Shopify system — is the authoritative record of your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order prior to fulfillment. If we need to cancel your order (for example, due to a pricing error, inventory discrepancy, or suspected fraud), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If you believe your order was placed through an AI tool or third-party channel, the same rule applies: your order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from shop@valleyvariety.com.

💡 Tip: Always look for a confirmation email from us. If you don't receive one within 24 hours of placing an order, contact us.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed on our website at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Prices shown on third-party websites, AI tools, social platforms, or other external channels may not reflect our current pricing. We are not responsible for price discrepancies originating outside of valleyvariety.com.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings, and some product details (dimensions, materials, finishes) may vary slightly due to the handmade or small-batch nature of certain items.

We are not responsible for inaccurate product descriptions generated by AI tools, third-party platforms, or any source other than our own website and staff. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Availability

Product availability can change quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain regions without notice.

 

You may discover or learn about our products through AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar), social media platforms, affiliate sites, or other third-party channels. We welcome these discovery paths, but want to be clear about a few things:

•       Third-party platforms and AI tools are not authorized representatives of Valley Variety.

•       Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and policies communicated through these channels may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

•       We are not responsible for the content generated about us by AI tools or third parties.

•       Any purchase initiated through a third-party tool is still subject to these Terms, and your Order Confirmation from Valley Variety is the governing record.

•       We do not guarantee that purchases initiated through non-Shopify channels will be processed or fulfilled without additional verification.

💡 In short: AI tools can help you discover us, but your order isn't real until we confirm it.

 

Our return and refund policy applies regardless of where or how you discovered or purchased your item — our website, in-store, through a third-party platform, or via an AI-assisted purchase flow. Valley Variety is the seller of record in all cases, and all return requests should be directed to us at shop@valleyvariety.com.

We accept payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

All financial transactions are processed securely by Shopify's payment infrastructure. Credit card and payment information is encrypted during transmission. We do not store your full payment details.

 

All content on our website — including text, photographs, product descriptions, brand identity, and editorial content — is owned by Valley Variety LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that:

•       Information on our website or on third-party platforms about our products is always accurate or current

•       AI-generated descriptions, recommendations, or summaries about our products are accurate

•       Products will meet every expectation based on digital representations (colors, textures, scale)

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley Variety LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

•       Your use of or inability to use our website or services

•       Any purchase made through our store or through a third-party platform

•       Inaccurate product information generated by AI tools, third-party platforms, or other external sources

•       Delays, errors, or failures by third-party carriers, payment processors, or platforms

•       Any reliance on content, descriptions, or recommendations provided by AI assistants or third-party channels

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain liability exclusions, so these limitations may apply to you differently depending on your location.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valley Variety LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
